Quench Your Thirst with the Air Jordan 6 “Gatorade”

Last year, Marcus Jordan, the son of Michael Jordan told us to expect bigger things from the brand in 2017. With Adidas catching up quick in the likes of Nike and Jordan Brand, new ideas were needed. Enter the Air Jordan 6, “Gatorade.”

Deriving from the classic “Be Like Mike” Gatorade commercial made in 1991, there’s apparantely two versions of the shoe. One pair seems to have color schemes similar to the ‘Carmine’ 6s, replacing the red with orange and sports a green jumpman by the lace locks.

The other pair in question was shown during Mark Wahlberg’s trip to Nike Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. This pair might, in fact, only be a sample. Perhaps Nike has plans to release this iteration as a part of a “Gatorade” pack?

The Air Jordan 6 “Gatorade” is scheduled to release on October 21, 2017 and will retail for $190. Stay tuned to The Jordan Rack for more info.
