Carmelo Anthony Previews the Air Jordan 32 Sample

Ok, look. Jordan retros are what take over Saturdays. Anything after the 14’s is considered to be “garbage” by a lot of Jordan fans and purists. It’s hard to deny though that what Jordan Brand has been lacking in asthetics, they’ve been strong in the performance category.  From Jordan Flight Plate tech and that shroud on the Air Jordan XX8 to a flyweave upper on the Air Jordan XXX1, the last couple of iterations have been a hit on the hardwood.

We’re getting closer to the start of NBA training camp and the season, which only means that sample season has just about started! While LeBron started it off with an all-black version of what appeared to be the LeBron 15, fan-favorite “Hoodie Melo” previewed an all-black version of the XXX2. It appears to have flywire from first glance and ridges protruding from the back. To me, it looks vaguely similar to the Air Jordan XX2 from a decade ago.

The first release will occur on October 18th, 2017 with black/red colorway called “MJ Day.” What do you think, Jordan fans? Are these a must cop? Only time will tell.
