Air Jordan 1 Mid “Hornets” Releasing

After years of dominating the league, Michael Jordan has taken on another challenge after retiring: business and entrepreneurship. He has been the majority owner of the Charlotte Hornets since 2010 (back when they were known as the Bobcats). While his team haven’t been putting on a winning product (they have only been to the playoffs twice in the past eight years), Jordan has always been committed to representing his team’s colors in his sneakers.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid has gotten the call to represent the Hornet’s colors. Blue Lagoon and Grand Purple cover most of the shoe, with white adding a nice contrast to the other colors. What are your thoughts on these? They are already arriving at local retailers and they retail for $110. Cop or drop? Look at the pictures below and stay tuned to The Jordan Rack for more news and product availability on our site.
